Ownership
Once paid in full, everything we create for you is yours: designs, code, content, and files.
Ongoing services
Monthly services run month to month after any initial term we agree on. Either side can end with 30 days' notice.
Liability
We do careful, professional work — but marketing involves platforms we don't control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
